Your firebird is awesome. I had a client/collector of my work that wanted a yin-yang style raptor using elements from earth,fire,air,water, so I painted him a piece in watercolor using this piece ( an a few others) as a reference. I wanted to know if I could get your name so I can give you some proper credit on my website as my inspiration of that private commission. I am an aspiring writer working on a series of books called “The Chronicles of Dreyfus” which are based on the clans of the four elements, and I feel that this image is ideal for use as cover art for part 1 “The Fire Riders”. and of course the website for the books once i get it built. I will of course acknowledge permission to use it in a full bibliography, though I do understand that this may not be possible.

Well this is a bit strange but… I read all the comments from all the people wanting to use your picture. Sadly i came to this website the for the exact reason they did. I would like to ask permission to use this on our school website ( The Phoenix is our school mascot) for a social media website contest. I would greatly appreciate it,and would of course be willing to credit you on the website. without your permission. The contest rules say I can’t place without your permission on your picture.
Great visualization of this phenomenon. While on this thought, it might be nice to also run a similar analysis on sales in the $1,750,000 to $2,250,000 range to see what kind of clustering shows up at $2 million (of course, that cluster would be at exactly $2M rather than just below it). That would provide a good idea of how much clustering occurs at super-round prices (i.e. X million) without the artificial interference cause by the mansion tax.
